I joined the insurance industry in 2016 after working in HR across a range of sectors. Although a fairly late joiner to the Market, I have been an advocate for the industry and all that it offers to people of all ages and backgrounds. One of the most important projects that I have led since joining Gallagher is embedding an inclusive culture, and the framework that sits around that.
I am a passionate advocate for inclusion, building the HR team as sponsors of the INCLUDE pathway – our I&D framework that is set around key behaviour of integrity, notice, communicate, lead, understand, develop and empathise.
I am a huge advocate for the value of mentoring – over the years I have benefited hugely myself in these relationships.

My husband and I enjoy spending our time travelling and exploring new cultures and corners of the world. Our holiday home on Mersea Island is a source of tranquillity and I enjoy spending weekends walking our dogs and enjoying the coastline.
