My career in financial services covers four decades operating as a business leader and later as an executive search consultant to the insurance markets. When I began my career I set out to better understand the complexities of much needed culture change in insurance. During my extensive years operating in financial servicaes as an executive search consultant, I challenged normal practices and spotted the need to bring together women leaders in the London Market to network.
I set out to better understand the complexities of much need culture change in insurance.
Over time this resulted in creating an international community of women, for which i was awarded an MBE in 2018. Today, my focus is on offering career advice to busy executives, as well as expanding the executive level membership of ISC-Group which nowadays is a non-profit membership organisation supporting the advancement of all women in insurance and financial services.
Alongside ISC-Group, I co-founded and co-Chair GAIN, a non-profit membership organisation encouraging better understanding and inclusion of neurodiverse individuals in the insurance industry. I am a Freeman of the City of London and a member of the Worshipful Company of Insurers, where I was co-founder of their female network iWIN.
