I have had the opportunity to serve as Swiss Re’s Group Chief Digital & Technology Officer since January 2022, and previously held the roles of Group Digital Transformation Officer and CTOO for our insurtech platform, iptiQ. No matter what role I have held, at Swiss Re or previous companies, one thing has held true everywhere: the more diverse the team and the more inclusive the environment, the more successful the outcomes (and I would even say, the happier the people!).

Our experts have big challenges to tackle every day – helping clients to develop solutions to risks like wildfires, floods or cyber issues. It is very important to me that our teams are just as diverse as our client base and the communities we support. That includes increasing the number of women in tech and digital roles to ensure that everyone’s voice is heard.
